Binding Instruction class

| Skill Details: | You will learn how to prepare binding and then apply to your quilted item by hand or by machine. |
| Materials Included: | 1 yard of fabric for binding |
| Requirements: | You will need to provide a prequilted small item to bring that you can bind. Something the size of a placemat makes a perfect practice piece. Stop in the shop if you need guidance on this required class component. Participant will bring their own sewing machine (and have working knowledge of said unit), rotary cutter/ruler, marking instrument, and thread. If you wish to try the hand binding, also bring also a handsewing needle. We have cutting mats and irons/boards to share in the classroom. |
